Managing operations across 12 locations with spreadsheets and disconnected tools made it impossible to get a real-time view of performance, inventory, and staffing.
Our Approach
We designed a purpose-built admin dashboard with role-based access, automated reporting, predictive inventory alerts, and a unified view of all locations. Custom APIs integrated with existing POS and HR systems.
Results
Operational visibility went from weekly reports to real-time. Inventory waste reduced by 25% and scheduling conflicts dropped to near zero.
